I'm a journalist and narrative strategist. My work examines how AI and emerging technology reshape everyday life — with a focus on AI governance, structural inequality, and the systems that determine who gets access and who gets overlooked.
I hold a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from University College Dublin, a Master of Public Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from USC. My reporting has appeared in USA Today, NPR, Slate, Fast Company, Marketplace, and PBS SoCal, and has been recognized by the LA Press Club, the Online News Association, and SABEW.
I’m the founder of HEATDRAWN, an independent media studio developing original narrative projects across publishing, audio, and screen.
Approach
I work across reporting, research, and strategic storytelling.
My background in Human-Computer Interaction trained me to examine how technologies are designed and deployed. My training in Public Diplomacy taught me how power moves through language, policy, and public perception.
I focus on the point where those forces collide — especially when emerging technologies reshape how people live, work, and access opportunity.
I report. I analyze. I ask better questions.
